Get Licensed with Carriers On-line

You can get licensed with our new menu of carriers without having to complete paper forms!
Complete your profile, answer the background questions and choose your carriers! The first time you us Sure LC, click on “new user” and set up your account. You will need to upload the following documents, so scan them and have them ready before you begin:

• State insurance license
• Errors and Omissions coverage
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certificate
• A voided check for commission deposits
• State insurance training certificate
